first_imgStrap on your McFlys and rev up your Flux Capacitors, because it’s here! Telltale Games‘s eagerly anticipated new adventure game based on the classic time-travel 80s comedy, Back to the Future has finally been released, and you can grab it now through Steam or their official website on both PC and Mac.I’ve been playing Back to the Future: The Gamea little bit over the last couple of days, and so far I’m impressed. True, it’s hard to follow the quality of the original trilogy: the first film in particularly might be the most strongly plotted movie of all time. Still, the character designs are fantastic, the humor quirky, and the little details — right down to a Huey Lewis and the News score — all lovingly included. We’ve already spent some time marveling at Telltale’s excellent replacement for Michael J. Fox as Marty McFly, a voice actor by the name of A.J. Locascio. He’s as amazing in the game as he was in the preview video. Christopher Lloyd actually sounds more like an imposter Doc Brown than Locascio’s McFly.We’re really digging the first episode so far. If you’re looking for a PC game to kick back with over the holidays, you could certainly do worse than Back to the Future.Read more at Back to the Futurelast_img read more
